
These are the tops of some fiber mushrooms that I am working on for a shop up in Northern California. I am hoping they will get their stems on some time today. If they stand up like I want them to they just might make good pin cushions. I am having fun using recycled fabric from the sample pile at Art From Scrap. And the buttons came from Teesha Moore's yard sale at ARtfiberfest. I put them all in a coffee cup and rummage around for just the right one.


These are the back or underside fabric of the mushrooms above....and below is the pile of stuff on my bed where I like to sew. Black kitty was sleeping beside me today, purring loudly.
